夕飯vol.7: キッシュ、キヌアサラダ

毎月、これくらいの日付けになると我が家のメニューは翌月のレシピの実験が続きます。ネタばれになるので、アップしようか迷いましたが。で、写真撮影の為、庭で食べたら、やっぱり寒かった . . .

ホタテのメニューは界によってほぼ完食された為、親は一切れずつ。向こう側にある焦げた小さいヤツです。相当気に入ったらしい。撮影後、慌てて家に引き揚げたことは言うまでもありません。寒い5月。ったく。

• キッシュロレーヌ
• キヌアとトマト、さやいんげんのサラダ
• ホタテとパンチェッタのグリル

夕飯vol.6: チーズハンバーグ、まるごとフライドポテト

ハンバーグにチーズをのっけただけで、テンション上がるらしい。チーズをちょっと溶かし過ぎ気味にして、焦げも少々。チーズソースみたいにしたら、美味しかったべ。

ミニチュアポテトをよぉく洗って、丸ごと揚げただけのも美味しく、好評でした。切るのが面倒だっただけなんだけどね。

• チーズハンバーグ、丸ごとポテトフライ、にんじん茹でただけ、ピクルス
• トマトの中華スープ
  • 界によると、こういうスープはご飯にかけてワシワシ食べるのが一番だそう。「よそでやってはいけません」と一応教えてはいますけど。

夕飯vol.5: コールラビとベーコンのパスタ、バターナットスクオッシュのサラダ

こうやって数日溜まる前にアップロードせねば(汗)。数日前のパスタとサラダ。お昼がなんだっけ . . .重かったので、こういう夕食になりました。

それにしてもまーーー、コールラビって使える(惚れ惚れ♡)。ささっと炒めてもサクサク美味しいし、油も味も適度に吸ってくれる。パスタとの相性もこんな感じで、、何の不思議もない。苦みのない大根と言ったところか、洋風にも和風にもなってくれるしね。

この2つ、レシピ後で紹介しますのでオタノシミに。

• コールラビとベーコンのパスタ

Vol.E9: Roll Sushi

A family, a mum and her lovely 2 daughters, is one of Kai’s classmates. Sushi is not so popular among his age 6. But somehow Kai’s classmate likes Sushi very much. His mum is quite busy and it’s difficult to arrange the date. It was snow on that particular day after we fixed the date long time ago. We finally could meet for the Sushi class during bank holiday.

While we were making Sushi, Kai and his friend played together. They were playing nicely, tired and hungry then they ate Sushi. What a nice treat!

I could see his mum likes cooking as she is clever with cutting and handling sticky rice. 2 daughters enjoyed very much and they are not afraid of using sharp knives. They stuffed sushi in the food containers happily. They said thank me again and again. Thank YOU!! I’m sure they would show off the sushi they made to their dad. Thanks for coming my Sushi class today. Have a lovely half term.
